The Zone functional training classes provide an ever-changing variety of workouts designed to enhance and complement all other training programs.

The Zone’s unique activities develop progressive fitness adaptations and measurable increases in strength, speed and endurance utilizing interval and circuit training formats.

The Zone is available at our Doylestown Club only. Please sign up for Zone classes no more than 25 hours before the class to reserve your spot by contacting our service desk. The Zone has an additional fee. Classes can be purchased individually for $7.50 or by packages of ten for $60. TEEN ZONE is priced at $6.50 per class or $49 for a 10 pack of classes. We also offer Zone Memberships, contact us for more information.
