Yoga has a different meaning for everyone.

For some it's a spiritual practice, a way to blend the mind, body and soul.  For others, it's a form of exercise, to stretch, become more limber, to increase balance and reduce stress. For whatever your definition, we know that experiencing a class in our studios at Doylestown, Warrington, or The TreeHouse in New Hope, will certainly be an enriching part of your day.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing to all yoga classes. A mat is required for all yoga classes. You may bring your own, purchase one at our Pro Shop, or borrow one at the Service Desk. All yogis are asked to kindly clean borrowed mats with wipes provided before returning them. _______________________________________________________________________________________ Please note: Aerial Yoga is a fee-based class, and participants must take an introductory workshop or private training session before taking an Aerial Yoga class.
