Yoga has a different meaning for everyone.

For some it's a spiritual practice, a way to blend the mind, body and soul.  For others, it's a form of exercise, to stretch, become more limber, to increase balance and reduce stress. For whatever your definition, we know that experiencing a class in our studios at Doylestown, Warrington, or The TreeHouse in New Hope, will certainly be an enriching part of your day.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing to all yoga classes. A mat is required for all yoga classes. You may bring your own, purchase one at our Pro Shop, or borrow one at the Service Desk. This class is devoted to prenatal and recently postnatal yogis and their journey as they discover and embrace the sacredness of motherhood.  Women of every fitness level are invited to join in this practice, taught by a certified instructor.  Each class will focus on stretching and strengthening the muscles of the body as it prepares for and recovers from the childbirth experience.  Relaxation and deep breathing techniques are also taught.  Spouses and birth coaches are also invited to register for this workshop!  Although a note from your OB/GYN is not required to participate in this class, it is crucial that all registrants keep their OB/GYN or midwife informed of all physical activity to insure the safety of both mother and baby.  This is an amazing program that celebrates motherhood in a joyful and playful manner.
