FitStops are special classes on our fitness floor designed to address specific conditioning, educational and strength training needs of our members.

Get in for a strength training workout on our STRIVE circuit, and in 45 minutes you will get a full body workout that hits all of your major muscles. In addition to STRIVE, join us for core and Pilates workouts, educational posture assessments and learn your next steps to strength and functional training in our FitStop class options. FitStops are available to all fitness levels.
