Functional Interval Training (FIT) complements your overall training program as it leads to improvements in muscular, neuromuscular and cardiovascular adaptation. Each class will have a suggested "challenge" exercise which will be used as measurable information to monitor improvements over time. These exercises are incorporated into progressively changing workouts and will allow you to set goals and compete against yourself and other class participants!
