By setting clear expectations and goals, and creating accountability based on a mutual commitment between client and coach, Elite Fitness Coaching is uniquely designed to help you reach your potential by taking your training to a new level of excellence, while having a great time in the process.

EN BLOC Elite Fitness is based on a 6-week training commitment. Participants commit to train once, twice or three times per week. EN BLOC sessions are limited to a maximum of 6 participants, and are offered on multiple days/times during the week. EN BLOC sessions may be purchased as Reserve or Flex sessions.

Reserve EN BLOC sessions are lost if not used; no make ups are available. Flex EN BLOC sessions may be reserved up to 25 hours in advance, and are based on space availability. EN BLOC sessions may be added to or removed from the schedule based on participant demand. Please visit the desk for pricing and more information.
