EN BLOC Elite Fitness is based on a 6-week training commitment. Participants commit to train once, twice or three times per week. EN BLOC sessions are limited to a maximum of 6 participants, and are offered on multiple days/times during the week. EN BLOC sessions may be purchased as Reserve or Flex sessions.
