Teen Training with KC!

These girls are up to the challenge this summer!! This workshop for teen athletes age 13-18, 2 days per week combines the cardio benefits of Spinning© with a proven, no-nonsense approach to total athletic conditioning and performance.

KC Wilder leads the team to get a headstart on their preseason workout with 60-minute cardio spinning© sessions, all-out conditioning sessions (combining age-appropriate strength training, plyometrics, speed and agaility work). Mental focus and performance strategies are also incorporated into each workout.

All we can say is… you girls ROCK!!
